What is a Discord server?
Discord is a voice, video, and text communication service originally designed for gamers, but it's now used worldwide for all sorts of activities, like school clubs or practicing sign language! You can log into Discord via a web browser, but for the best experience, we recommend downloading the mobile or desktop app.
Each of the invite-only communities that you join on Discord are called servers. And within just one server, you can have endless public or private chats called channels. This allows for multiple avenues for conversation to take place all within the same space!
